• Capital increase in kind successfully completed
• Management of Wild Bunch S.A. joins Senator’s management board

Berlin, February 5, 2015 – As approved by the extraordinary general meeting on September 12, 2014, Senator Entertainment AG (“SENATOR”) has successfully completed a capital increase against contribution of all shares of Wild Bunch S.A., Paris (“WILD BUNCH”) in the amount of 55,872,788 new shares.

After the entry of the capital increase in the commercial register on February 5, 2015, the delivery and admittance to trading of the new shares shall be effected from tomorrow, February 6, 2015. Shares issued under the capital increase have been allocated exclusively to the discretion of shareholders of WILD BUNCH, essentially Vincent Grimond, Brahim Chioua, Vincent Maraval, Alain de la Mata and SWB Entertainment Investment B.V. (formerly  Sapinda Entertainment Investment B.V.). The merger of SENATOR and WILD BUNCH as announced in the ad hoc release of July 24, 2014 is therefore now completed.

In addition, WILD BUNCH’s current members of the management have been appointed as directors of the new entity, with Vincent Grimond acting as CEO (Chief Executive Officer), Vincent Maraval acting as CCO (Chief Content Officer) and Brahim Chioua acting as COO (Chief Operating Officer) within the newly formed board. Max Sturm, as sole director of SENATOR responsible for the recent recapitalization and restructuring of the company and the merger with WILD BUNCH, will take over the position of CFO (Chief Financial Officer).
