Berlin, 20.05.2015 – SENATOR Entertainment AG (“Senator”) reorganises its Supervisory Board.

The Chairman, Dr. Andreas Pres, will resign from office on 15 June 2015. He oversaw the supervisory board of Senator since August 2011. The supervisory board now intends to elect former vice chairman, Wolf-Dieter Gramatke to succeed Dr. Andreas Pres. In addition, the mandate of Norbert Kopp expires with the end of the Annual General Meeting on 30 June 2015 (“AGM”). The Supervisory Board will propose to the AGM Pierre Tattevin, Paris, Benjamin Waisbren, Chicago and Hans Mahr, Cologne, for election to the Supervisory Board.
Dr. Andreas Pres explains his withdrawal: “Working for Senator was intense especially in the last 18 months: Through capital increases and the merger with Wild Bunch we have completed a major step. Both Management Board and Supervisory Board of Senator succeeded with the help of the shareholders to stabilize and to significantly enlarge Senator. I would like to take the opportunity of reaching this milestone to focus on my main activities as a corporate and restructuring advisor again. I cordially thank my colleagues on the Supervisory Board and the management board for their trusting and productive cooperation and I wish Senator and Wild Bunch an excellent development for the future”. Vincent Grimond, Senator CEO, thanked Dr. Andreas Pres and assessed the personnel changes on the Supervisory Board as follows: “On behalf of the newly formed group I would like to thank Dr. Andreas Pres for his service on the Supervisory Board. His expertise, especially in the field of restructuring and his reliable administration let us meet many challenges early and also helped to find proper solutions, particularly throughout the negotiations on the merger. The Management Board is now looking forward to working with Wolf-Dieter Gramatke. His long-term service on the Supervisory Board and his function as a former vice chairman ensure continuity in the work of the Supervisory Board. With Pierre Tattevin and Ben Waisbren, who both have wide international experience in the field of filmed entertainment, the Supervisory Board will sharpen its profile in accordance with our overall international orientation, on both the European and the US markets. With Hans Mahr, the Supervisory Board is going to recruit a true media expert.”

The AGM is scheduled for 30 June 2015 in Berlin.
